Orders

You can order online via the Shop section of our website, by email on contactus@ashmirabotanica.com , or on 01823 428588.

There is no minimum order value, but orders under £100 (before VAT) are subject to a carriage fee.  Delivery is free on orders over £100 (before VAT).

If you need to make changes to your order please contact us straight away and we can make adjustments for you.  If your order has already been processed, we can make changes to your order, but there will be an additional carriage cost to ship and collect any items you would like to exchange.

Yes of course.  Please type the address you would like the order sent to in the ‘Delivery address’ section when you checkout online, or let us know the delivery address when you order by phone or email.

Orders placed before 12pm are processed and shipped the same day, with next day delivery.  Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and shipped the following day.  Please allow 48 hours for delivery. 

Yes, orders placed on the phone or via email will receive an invoice.  Orders placed online will receive an order confirmation, but feel free to contact us to request an invoice.

You will receive an email from DHL at every stage of your order’s journey, from when it is collected from us, until it is delivered safely to you.

No, but you need to be a qualified waxing therapist, and will need to upload proof of your qualification when you sign up for a wholesale account.  We also run courses to give you more in-depth knowledge and increase your confidence with our waxes and products.  Please contact us if you would like to book.

Upon dispatch you will have been sent a tracking email to keep you updated on the whereabouts of your order. If you have any issues with this, don’t hesitate to contact us and we can help.

Unfortunately sometimes things go wrong - not often we are pleased to say! - but should you need help from our customer support team regarding a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Account number, name or business
  • Order number
  • Full address, including postcode
  • A full description of the fault/discrepancy
  • Photographic evidence

We will endeavour to sort out any issues for you as quickly as possible.

Shipping

We offer free delivery for UK mainland orders over £100 (before VAT.) The delivery charge for orders under £100 is £6.25 (plus VAT).  Please contact us for a shipping quote for orders outside of mainland UK.

Yes.  Please contact us for a shipping quote for orders outside of mainland UK.  Orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and overseas will take longer and will incur different delivery charges.

We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.  Orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be delivered the following Monday, and orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be delivered the following Tuesday.

If you are not home to accept your delivery it will be left with a neighbour, and a photo and note of this uploaded to your DHL tracking.

Yes, you can change the delivery destination of your order with DHL, or arrange for the order to be left in a safe place. After DHL have picked up your parcel from us they will send a text and email telling you how to do this. However, please note that any changes add an extra 24 hours onto delivery, as DHL re-route the parcel back to the depot.

Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately sometimes things go wrong - not often we are pleased to say! - but should you need help from our customer support team regarding a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Account number, name or business
  • Order number
  • Full address, including postcode
  • A full description of the fault/discrepancy
  • Photographic evidence

We will endeavour to sort out any issues for you as quickly as possible.

Please contact us with any problems as per our returns policy, and we can arrange a collection of your return.

If you have contacted us regarding any issues and we have agreed a refund, please allow 3-5 working days for it to be returned to your bank account.

Please click here to create an account on our Learning Portal.  Please navigate to the top right-hand side of the page and click on "Sign In," followed by "Create New Account."  Fill in all the necessary details to create your account.  We will then enrol you on the relevant courses to allow you access. Once your account is set up, you will gain access to all the required online training materials and assessments.

Firstly please ensure you are logged in.  To do this, please navigate to the top right-hand side of the page and click on "Sign In".  If you are logged in, please note that for each course within the bundle, you are required to click the "Enrol" or "Resume Learning" button (located in the header, under the course title) in order to access all sections of the course, including videos and assessment questions.  Keep in mind that each course consists of multiple sections, which are conveniently organized in drop-down menus accessible by clicking the expand button (v).  If you are still having problems viewing your course, please contact us.
